Refund policy

zenvcvia provides free returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. This policy applies to orders placed at zenvcvia.shop, operated by PRECISION HOSE AND HYDRAULICS INC.

Our 30-day return service

If you change your mind or your purchase is unsuitable, contact us within 30 calendar days after receiving it. You do not need to provide a reason for a change-of-mind return.

Products should be returned in the condition received, with included accessories and original packaging where reasonably available. Reasonable unpacking and inspection are permitted. Missing packaging alone does not remove your statutory rights.

Damage caused by misuse may affect eligibility under our voluntary return promise. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected.

Starting a free return

Email gwadiantos1984@outlook.com with your order number, checkout email address, and the products you wish to return.

We will provide return instructions, the correct destination, and a prepaid shipping label or another return method at our expense. Please dispatch the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving our instructions.

We charge no restocking or return handling fees.

Contacting us first helps us arrange free shipping. Statutory cancellation rights do not depend on our approval. Please use the destination supplied rather than assuming our business correspondence address accepts returns.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or has a defect. Describe the issue and include photographs if reasonably available.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable. Necessary return shipping and replacement delivery will be paid by us.

Photographs are helpful but are not an absolute condition of receiving a legal remedy. Our voluntary return period does not shorten statutory rights.

Refund amounts

For a full-order return, we refund the amount paid for the products and any standard outbound delivery charge.

For partial returns, we refund the returned products and any delivery amount refundable under applicable law. We do not introduce a shipping charge because the products you keep fall below our original free-shipping threshold.

Refund method and timing

We review returns promptly and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method.

Funds normally appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, depending on your bank or payment provider. This estimated posting period does not extend statutory refund deadlines.

Please contact us if your refund has not appeared after seven business days.

Cancellations and exchanges

Email us immediately if you wish to cancel before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, our return process remains available.

For an exchange, contact us to discuss replacement availability and arrange the return.

UK statutory cancellation rights

For qualifying UK distance purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days after delivery. You then have another 14 calendar days to return the goods.

We reimburse without undue delay. Unless we offer collection, we may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, and refund within 14 days of that event. If we offer collection, reimbursement is due within 14 days after cancellation.

Standard delivery is refundable. Premium delivery supplements need not be refunded unless legally required. Deductions for handling beyond necessary inspection apply only where lawful.
